UrbanClap raises INR 20 crore from Trifecta via NCDs

Home services marketplace UrbanClap has raised INR 20 crore in debt funding from venture debt firm Trifecta Capital through non-convertible debentures. The startup also allotted equity through some compulsory convertible preference shares to Trifecta for INR 2 crore.

Investors add INR 41 Crore to Faasos’ funding plate

AI firm VideoKen raises $ 1 Million angel funding

Video-based social platform VideoKen has received $1 million from a group of angel investors. The investors include LG Chandrasekhar, Sutures India chairman; Sashi Reddi, partner SRI Capital; and few current and former executives of Flipkart. Founded in 2016, the startup offers video learning to educational institutions, training companies, and enterprises.

Hero Enterprises to invest $15.5 Million in Aavishkaar Bharat Fund

Hero Enterprises today announced a INR 100 crore investment in impact investor Aavishkaar’s new fund, the Aavishkaar Bharat Fund. Aavishkaar Bharat Fund is the investor’s sixth fund, and is a SEBI registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund.
