Indonesia’s GO-JEK acquires Bengaluru-based healthcare startup Pianta

One of Indonesia’s hottest startups GO-JEK has acquired Bengaluru-based Pianta, a marketplace for home healthcare services, for an undisclosed sum. GO-JEK, backed by Sequoia Capital and Yuri Milner-backed DST Global, also delivers food and grocery. The acquisition is expected to bolster the Indonesian startup’s foray into the healthcare space.
