Coraza Technologies Pvt Ltd, which runs Helpchat and OneDirect, has secured a Series C round of funding led by American Express Ventures, the venture investment arm of American Express Co, and existing investor Sequoia Capital. Founded in 2010 Helpchat in its new avatar is an artificial intelligence based platform, while OneDirect is a customer experience management platform that helps brands manage their customer experience across all online channels including mobile.
State-run Oil India Ltd has announced an INR 50 crore OIL start-up fund to foster, nurture and incubate new ideas related to oil and gas sector. OIL Start-up fund shall focus on promoting entrepreneurship amongst youth, especially of the North East India, by enabling the growth of startups for addressing various technical challenges and operational risks of the oil and gas industry and encouraging innovative thinking amongst the present and future generations.
