Bangalore-based Medinfi Healthcare Pvt Ltd, a platform to search doctors and hospitals through the Web and mobile app, has raised $50,000 (INR 32 lakh) in its seventh round of angel funding from existing investors. Vinod Martin, COO at a Singapore-based IT services company, Hemant Kaul, former MD and CEO at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Prof Ram Kumar Kakani of XLRI, and others invested in the round.
Mumbai-based OSLabs Technology India Pvt Ltd, which runs smartphone operating system Indus OS, has raised an undisclosed amount in Series A2 funding from early-stage investor VenturEast and JSW Ventures. Existing investor Omidyar Network also participated in the round.
Bangalore-based Emflux Motors Pvt Ltd has raised an undisclosed amount in angel funding from a group of investors to make what it touts as India’s first electric sports bike. The investors include IIT Delhi alumnus and cryptocurrency expert Meher Roy; investment bankers Nikhil Arora, Meet Kanodia and Krit Sankalp; Nitish Singh, CFO of on-demand urban transport aggregator Jugnoo, and serial entrepreneur Risabh Gupta.
