Bengaluru-based Finwizard Technology Pvt Ltd, which runs wealth management app Fisdom, has raised funding from Saama Capital. The funding will be utilized for technology, to expand team and to acquire customers.
Aerospace and defence technology startup Aadyah Aerospace Pvt Ltd has received pre-series investment of INR 13 crore ($2 million) within seven months since its launch in April. The company would begin with developing three components – electro mechanical actuators, control actuation systems and electro optics systems – for missiles and launch vehicles in the initial phase.

Makemytrip and Ibibo have agreed to merge in a stock transaction, representing the coming together of India’s largest travel booking portals and presaging what many believe is an impending consolidation in the country’s consumer internet sector. The transaction estimated it at about $1.8-$2 billion.
