Kstart invests $600,000 in two start-ups

Kstart, a start-up accelerator initiative of venture capital firm Kalaari Capital, has invested $100,000 in health-tech company Advenio Technosys Pvt Ltd and $500,000 in rental marketplace GuaRented Rentals Pvt Ltd. Advenio aims to enable improve healthcare outcomes through early detection and management of diseases,while GuaRented is a crowdsourcing marketplace to rent consumer durable products.

Online wedding platform Shaadisaga raises Pre Series A funding from Shaadi.com’s Anupam Mittal, others

Online wedding platform Shaadisaga has raised an undisclosed amount in its pre-series A investment round from Anupam Mittal,  Freecharge founders Kunal Shah and Sandeep Tandon, and Dheeraj Jain, partner at UK-based hedge fund Redcliffe Capital. The funding will be utilized for technology enhancement and expanding partner base.
