New Delhi-based Find My Stay Pvt Ltd, which runs hotel booking platform Findmystay.com, has raised an undisclosed amount in pre-Series A funding led by Rishi Parti and Yogesh Bansal on behalf of the Indian Angel Network (IAN). The funding will be utilized for product development, brand building and enhancing technology.

Career Point secures loan from National Skill Development Corporation

Tutoring services firm Career Point Ltd has received Rs 4.2 crore ($625,000) from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to provide skill training to youth in diverse trades. The money will be utilized to train 4.5 lakh youth in 36 diverse trades in multiple sectors over a 10-year period.

On-demand legal aid provider HiGrit raises seed funding

On-demand legal services provider HiGrit Services Pvt. Ltd has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from two Chandigarh-based investors. The funding will be utilized for product development. The company is also planning to launch an Android app by the end of July and start a calling facility for instant legal consultation.

Digital content service company YAAP raises $5 Million funding

Rainmaker Ventures has invested $5 million in YAAP, digital content service company. The funding will be utilized for acquisitions in the area of branding and visual identity, automated content distribution and content creation platforms. The additional capital will also fund the expansion of YAAP in Singapore and US markets.
