Carlyle Asia Partners IV (CAP IV) has led a $100 million (Rs 655 crore approx) funding round for e-commerce logistics company Delhivery for a significant minority stake in the company. Existing investor Tiger Global also participated in the round which values the company at close $700 million (Rs 4700 crore).
BabyOnBoard, a Bangalore-based parenting startup, has received an undisclosed amount of seed funding from Gana Yantrika Systems Anant Pandit. BabyOnBoard which helps parents save memories of their baby and share the parenting journey with family and friends, will use the money for product development and enhacing user experience.

Venture capital firm Accel Partners has invested an undisclosed amount in early-stage venture fund Pi Ventures. Pi Ventures backs early-stage startups that focus on solving problems in healthcare, logistics, retail, fin-tech and enterprise sectors using artificial intelligence, machine learning and Internet of things.
Bangalore-based Mobisy Technologies Pvt Ltd, which operates supply chain automation platform Bizom and mobile marketplace app Distiman, has raised $382,000 in a bridge round from existing investor Ojas Ventures and two undisclosed angel investors. The fund raised will be used to expand Distiman geographically and scale up Bizom’s operations.
