Starbreeze AB, a Swedish game developer, has agreed to acquire stake in Indian art production company Dhruva Interactive. It will pay $7 million in cash while $1.5 million will be paid through the issue of Starbreeze B-shares. Dhruva will continue to operate under its brand name.
In an extension of its series-B round, online real estate rental and resale platform NoBroker has raised INR 50 crore from South Korean investment firm KTB Ventures. The consumer-to-consumer platform provides a select number of owner contact details based on the user’s specifications.
Media startup ScoopWhoop has acquired Touchfone Technologies for an undisclosed amount in a cash-and-stock deal. As part of the deal, Touchfone Technologies cofounders Mahesh Subramanian and Brahmayya Akella will be appointed as ScoopWhoop’s chief technology officer and chief integration officer respectively.
