Bangalore-based online furniture rental startup Furlenco has raised $15 million (INR 100 crore) in its Series B round of funding led by existing investor Lightbox Ventures along with Axis Capital Partners, a Hong Kong-based venture capital fund. A few high-net-worth individuals too participated in the funding round. The funding will be utilized for expansion to newer categories, product ranges and more cities in the next one year.



Aerospace and defence technology startup Aadyah Aerospace Pvt Ltd has received pre-series investment of INR 13 crore ($2 million) within seven months since its launch in April. The company would begin with developing three components – electro mechanical actuators, control actuation systems and electro optics systems – for missiles and launch vehicles in the initial phase.


Noida-based Stelling Technologies Pvt Ltd, the company which runs RailYatri, a platform which gives railways-related information, has raised a fresh round of funding from all its existing investors—Nandan Nilekani, Helion Ventures, Omidyar Partners and Blume Ventures. RailYatri is looking at aggressively pushing towards growth and new services.
