Mumbai-based Wefly Indoor Skydiving LLC, which manufactures axial fans for indoor skydiving equipment and is also into developing and promoting activities related to aerosports, has secured an undisclosed amount in investment from Hong Kong-based investment firm Swastika Company Ltd. The funding will be utilized for fabrication and assembly of machinery. As part of the transaction, Swastika will get a 20% equity stake in the venture and Vaibhav Jain, director at Swastika, will come on board as a partner for the startup.

LetsVenture founder Manish Singhal is floating an early stage venture fund called Pi Ventures with entrepreneur Umakant Soni. It will make focussed investments in startups operating in sectors such as internet of things, drones, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and electronic and hardware products.

Bengaluru-based Tricog Health Services Pvt Ltd has raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A round from Inventus Capital Partners, Blume Ventures and a group of angel investors. The funding will be utilized to enhance technology. Founded in January 2015 Tricog has built add-on hardware for ECG (electrocardiography) machines that uploads the data and returns a diagnosis in 30-45 seconds.

Leh Leh Sports has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Sunny Narang, chairman of Anglian Omega Network, in a personal capacity. This is a strategic investment for them as they are trying to grow their venue collaborations model. In this model, there is a gestation period for getting a venue fully up to speed and the funding will help them finance cash flows in that period.
